01 — Client call

02 — Needs assessment

We review room dimensions, occupancy, use cases, photos or video, power points and potential mounting positions. This helps us understand screen visibility, audio coverage and camera placement.

03 — Quote preparation

We prepare equipment recommendations, installation scope, costs and anticipated timelines. Options are explained so you can make an informed choice.

04 — Discussion & approval

We review the proposal together, answer questions and refine the solution. Formal approval and any agreed deposit are arranged before proceeding.

05 — On-site inspection

We confirm measurements, electrical requirements, mounting surfaces and cable routes. If the inspection reveals additional work, we discuss and agree any quotation changes before installation.

06 — Installation & handover

We agree a schedule, install and commission the system, test its operation and demonstrate the controls. Warranty and maintenance information are handed over so you know what comes next.
